Background (Preamble):
社會上一班偽善之徒，諸如「道德塔利班」明光社及民主黨黃成智之流，經常以衛道之士形象出現，既反對家暴條例，又以助長賭風為理由，反對增加賽馬日，借議題出位。不但脫離民意、更漠視民生。
Petition:
眾所周知網上賭博和澳門賭場越發興旺，不少市民被大肆在港宣傳的澳門賭場吸引，參與不分晝夜的賭博活動。本港賽馬一旦沒落，不單無助阻遏賭風，更影響不少受馬會捐款資助的慈善機構。
希望各委員以香港民生為重，支持增加賽馬日，同時向港府施壓，大力打擊賭船及澳門賭場在香港進行無孔不入的廣告宣傳。
